MapMarkr tracks the location of your device. Simply install the App and enable location to get a unique Markr ID. View the location of your device from your desktop or mobile browser on https://mapmarkr.com, or share your location with friends!

No account or login is required. Simply launch the App and enable location to get a unique Markr ID.

MapMarkr will continuously track and report the location of your device in real-time as long as location is enabled, your device is moving, and your device has a network connection. Tracking continues in the background, if the App is terminated, or if the device reboots. To improve battery life, GPS acquisitions are based on device motion. Devices moving quickly, such as while in a vehicle, will acquire location more frequently than devices moving slowly, such as while walking. GPS is turned off completely when your device is not moving.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
